Gossip Review
Directed By: Davis Guggenheim.
Starring: James Marsden, Lena Headey, Norman Reedus (Boondock Saints), Kate Hudson, Marisa Coughlan.
Synopsis: An intriguing drama that uses for its premise the potentially damaging concept of spreading rumors. On a college campus, three friends decide to do a group assignment on the effects of Gossip. They choose an unsuspecting couple, who are notorious for being sexually abstinent. Subtly, word leaks out that the boyfriend raped his girlfriend one drunken night after she had passed out. Before they know it, the campus is in a frenzy and the students have to come to terms with their actions, but by that point, it might already be too late.
