Synopsis: Say It Isn't So is about a young man (Chris Klein) and a young woman (Heather Graham) that meet and fall in love, but they learn that they might in fact be brother and sister so they break up. However, when the heartbroken young man realizes that they were actually mistaken and they're not siblings, he hurries to stop her from marrying another man. A Farrelly brothers comedy full of quick-witted gross-out humor.
