Freddy vs. Jason: The amount of extra material is astounding and took me three sittings to get through it all. The ‘Jump To a Death’ feature from the Jason X DVD is present here, as well. The deleted scenes section overflows with no less than twenty with optional commentary. Most of them were cut due to length, unnecessary exposition or negative response from test screenings.

Pirates of the Carribean: It has everything, explosions, choreographed swordfights, pirates that turn into skeletons in the moonlight, and Johnny Depp doing what he does best, acting and never quite the way you expect him to.

Finding Nemo: Pixar has a golden track record of 4 and 0. I have to go, even if it is going to be the first film that just crashes and burns for them, and this would be there first bomb, I was sure of it.

Not even close. Totally misjudged this one by its trailer.

Bruce Almighty: Bottom Line: It's funny.
It's not as funny as Jim Carrey has ever been nor is it as unfunny as he has been of late (The Majestic anyone?). Let's put is simply, if you liked Liar Liar then you'll get a kick out of this.

Legally Blonde 2 - Red White and Blue: Well I have to say for the most part, I was right on the mark here. Despite all the 'growth' of Elle's character from the first one when we rejoin her she is soon led into fish out of water territory so that she can redecorate the new pond.

Lara Croft and the Cradle of Life: Stupid overly long title aside I will say this, it is better than the first one. Of course, I loathed the first one.

Hatred of a Minute: “Dear Bruce, I am 20 years old and I want to make a movie. Could you point me in the right direction?”

This was the first line of a letter sent by Michael Kallio to horror icon Bruce Campbell in 1992 and also the genesis of how Hatred Of A minute became a reality. A few weeks later, Campbell called Kallio and told him he would help him realize his dream. Well, ten years later (most of it stalled post-production due to lack of funds), it has finally been unleashed. Click here for Tom's DVD Review!

Final Destination 2: Ok, it's a horror film, it has a 2 after it, and only one person from the original cast shows up ... so how good can this be? You know what? It's a lot of fun.
