Born December 23, 1978 in Peterborough, Canada...located just North-East of us here at DVDwolf in Toronto (yea Canada!). Estella followed one of the time honoured traditions of breaking into Hollywood movies. Be a model first.

She has been the face of Chanel No. 5, along with appearing on such fashion covers as Elle and Italian Vogue as well as appearing in the ever-important Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue (in 2000 for those who need to backtrack and find it). Anybody not familiar with the young beauty, like myself, was shocked to find out this new actress was hitting the A-List movies with a vengeance in 2001.

That year alone she managed to appear in three films. There was Tim Burton's re-make of Planet of the Apes, she rode along with Sylvester Stallone and Kip Pardue in Driven and finally and the less successful film Perfume which managed to find a small audience in the rental stores.

Pretty impressive by anyone's standards. Have you got three film credits in 2001? I rest my case.

The funny thing is though, Warren didn't start out thinking, I'm pretty, I'll model, I'll act. Nope. Not at all. In fact, by age 8 she was already a successful synchronized swimmer taking many national level victories from 1994 to 1996, and winning the title of Canada's Senior Solo Champion.

It wasn't until high school when she took a turn on the catwalk at her school that her plans shifted. As if it were the easiest thing in the world, Warren was soon off to New York to become a model. The thing is, for her, it was. She became the Chanel No. 5 girl, flying all over the world (well, New York and Rome at least) for photo shoots.

Then came the movies and with the upcoming Kangaroo Jack and The Cooler in 2003 it doesn't seem that Warren plans on going back to either swimming or modeling as her career of choice.
