hacker ! STOp !: Melanie Griffith, Jeremy Irons, Frank Langella, Dominique Swain
Synopsis: A film of both good and bad...based on Nabokov's brilliantly written novel it already had people angry as the original film made by Stanley Kubrick was a departure from the book but equally excellent. Then came the controversy of and the film sat on the shelf in America while doing quite well at the box office in Europe.
Worth seeing for Jeremy Iron's performance alone, although marks Dominique Swain's feature film debut. But do yourself a favour, no matter whether you have watched both film versions...read the book.
