Synopsis: Band of Brothers is a ten part HBO television miniseries that focused on Easy Company. This group of American soldiers in World War II we follow through boot camp right up to the final days of war. Some gut-wrenching stuff and a constant changing cast with some great performances and detailed attention to individual stories amongst the bigger backdrop of WW2. Based on historian Stephen E. Ambrose's book of real-life accounts, executive produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks (who also happened to direct one episode that featured his own son, Colin).
