Synopsis: Up-and-comer Lindsay Lohan stars as Lola, a teenage girl who is convinced that her home city revolves around her until her family packs up and moves to the suburbs, where she finds herself competing for attention. Feeling out of place she tries to land the lead in the play to fit in but at the same time discovers her favorite rock band is disbanding. She is determined to attend their farewell concert in New York City and just possibly meet the lead singer, Stu Wolff (Garcia).
